Triumph LS Support

Production support when your hardware behaves differently.

Triumph LS runs across real Windows production systems, cameras, capture cards, GPUs, audio interfaces and streaming destinations. If something is blocked or does not behave as expected, send us the details and we will use the report to diagnose the issue and expand hardware compatibility.

Common Triumph LS support areas.

Keep Windows security enabled. A blocked action can be an intentional safeguard that protects the Studio from an unstable device or encoder path.

Streaming START blocked

If Triumph LS shows a red START blocked message, do not repeatedly press START. Capture the exact message and send it with your report. The safeguard is designed to keep the Studio responsive when a camera or encoder path is not safe to start.

Camera or capture card

Tell us the camera or capture-card make/model, connection type, driver version if known, and whether the device appears in Windows before opening Triumph LS.

RTMP destination

Tell us which platform you are sending to and include the server type and visible error. Never send your stream key in screenshots, public posts, or support notes unless support specifically requests a secure method.

Audio / ASIO

Include the audio interface or mixer model, selected Windows/ASIO driver, sample rate and the step that produced the problem.

Installation

Include your Windows version, the installer version, and the exact Windows or SmartScreen message. Do not disable Windows security to force an installation.

Crash or freeze

Restart Triumph LS once, reproduce the problem a single time if safe, then send a screenshot, the last visible action, and logs. Avoid repeatedly triggering a frozen hardware path.

What to include in a support report

  • Triumph LS version
  • Windows version
  • Camera or capture-card make/model
  • GPU model when the issue involves encoding or video
  • Audio interface / ASIO driver when relevant
  • Exact error message
  • Screenshot of the issue
  • Encoder logs when available
  • What you clicked immediately before the issue

Contact Triumph LS Support

Email the Triumph LS support team and include the information from the checklist. For streaming issues, do not include your private stream key in ordinary email.

Early Access / Beta

Real production reports are part of hardware expansion.

Triumph LS Standard is being distributed through an Early Access / Beta channel while compatibility is expanded across real customer production systems. Core safety protections remain enabled so an unsupported or unstable path can be blocked instead of intentionally forcing a risky start.

Safe by default

Keep protective START blocks enabled and report the message to us. Support can use the hardware details to reproduce and certify additional configurations.

Drivers matter

Use current manufacturer drivers for cameras, capture cards, GPUs and audio devices. Windows hardware behavior can change significantly between driver versions.

One report helps many users

Hardware reports allow Triumph LS to grow its tested compatibility matrix without requiring one person to own every camera, capture card and production device.

Triumph LS Support

Send the issue. Keep the production moving.

We want the exact error, hardware information and logs—not repeated unsafe attempts.
